About the MMI Assistant

The MMI Assistant is an AI assistant connected to official MMI workshop materials. It helps visitors explore speakers, schedules, talk abstracts, participating institutions, workshop history, and selected technical concepts discussed across MMI editions.

The assistant is available through the NJIT Graduate Student Association Discord server and Telegram bot, where students, attendees, and researchers can ask questions about the MMI workshop series in a community setting.

Our assistant will make mistakes — who doesn’t? Ask ChatGPT or Claude. :)

Scope and Limitations

The assistant answers using official MMI documents and workshop materials. It is intended as a convenience tool for exploring workshop content, not a replacement for the official website.

The MMI website remains the authoritative source for schedules, speaker information, announcements, and official updates. For time-sensitive or critical information, visitors should refer directly to the main MMI pages.

In future editions, the MMI Assistant may also help visitors explore MMI Open Problems, research directions, and community resources.
